What if my field is not listed?

The program is open to anyone with at least 10 years of corporate or professional experience who recognizes themselves in the situations described. The field matters less than the feeling. If this page speaks to you, apply.

Do I need to know what I want before I join?

No. That is exactly why you are here. Most people arrive knowing what they do not want. The program helps you find and name what you do.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are not recorded because personal things will be shared. If you miss one, your accountability buddy can catch you up. That said, showing up is most of the work.

How much time does this take each week?

About 2.5 hours. The 90-minute session plus roughly an hour of workbook preparation beforehand.

When is my spot secured?

Once Delia confirms your application, you will receive an invoice. Your spot is secured the moment payment is received.

Why only €99?

This is a pilot. The first cohort gets the full program at a highly discounted price in exchange for real feedback that shapes what this becomes. From the next cohort, the price is €499.

Will I be with people just like me?

The group is curated for diversity of background, not sameness. Some people will mirror your situation exactly. Others will surprise you. Both are useful.

When does the next cohort start?

The second cohort starts mid-August. That gap is intentional, giving Delia time to integrate feedback and learnings from the pilot before opening the program to the next group.
